Our family had a wonderful time at Grand Lagoi Hotel in Bintan. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a plus, and we appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. The amenities, especially the kids' club and pools, were enjoyable for my children. However, the Wi-Fi speed was quite slow, and we found the shuttle service to be limited. Overall, it was a pleasant family vacation and great value for the money.

My stay at the Grand Lagoi was absolutely delightful! The spacious rooms offered a stunning lake view, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Although the breakfast could have been more varied, it was tasty enough to start my day. The staff was genuinely helpful, especially Putry at the reception, who assisted me with my ferry ticket.
